A trio is the largest format we run on the classical apparatus — and it is still semi-private, not a group class. Three clients work with one certified instructor who programs and corrects each person individually. It's the most accessible way to train on the full equipment, ideal for small groups of friends or family who want real classical Pilates with real attention, at the friendliest per-person rate of our apparatus formats.

Is a trio the same as a group class?
No — trios are semi-private apparatus sessions. Our group classes (mat Pilates, ballet, yoga, barre) are floor-based with up to ten participants; a trio is three people on the full equipment.
Do we need to come as a group of three?
Trios are booked as a trio, so bring your group. If you're a pair, see duet sessions; solo clients start with private training.
